Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years CNC Machining experience.
• Experience with setting up and operating CNC machines to tight tolerances.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up CNC machines within specified tolerances.
• Perform progressive machining of parts and materials with close tolerances.
• Maintain tooling, perform minor offsets and adjustments as needed.
• Ensure product quality using OOQ standards and measurement equipment.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and 5S housekeeping.
• Record activities in job tracking system and participate in continuous improvement.
