Job summary

TECOMET seeks a CNC Machinist II for the 2nd shift on weekends (6pm–6:30am). You will operate, set up, and maintain CNC machines, producing precision parts while upholding safety, quality, and documentation standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 3 years CNC machining experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up CNC machines to tolerances per instructions.
• Perform difficult CNC work including progressive machining of varied parts and metals.
• Change dull tooling and make minor offsets for wear.
• Ensure quality using operator owned quality (OOQ) standards and measurement tools.
• Record activities on the job tracking system and follow GMP/GDP practices.
• Maintain 5S/housekeeping standards and safety practices.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
