TECOMET in Indiana is seeking a CNC Machinist II for the 3rd shift with flexible hours. You will operate and set up CNC machines, read engineering drawings and ensure parts meet tight tolerances while maintaining safety and GMP practices.

Ideal candidates have a GED and 3+ years of CNC machining; an associate degree or Machinist apprenticeship is a plus. This role requires attention to detail, good math skills, and a team-focused approach.

Competenze

High School diploma or GED required.
3+ years CNC Machining experience.
Associate's degree or Machinist apprenticeship preferred.
Experience of working in a production environment preferred.

Mansioni

Operate and set-up CNC machines within tolerances following work instructions.
Perform difficult CNC Machinist work including progressive machining of varied parts and metals with very close tolerances.
Change dull tooling and/or make minor offsets for tooling wear.
Ensure product quality by following OOQ standards and using measuring equipment.
Perform routine maintenance as per daily machine checklist and adhere to PM schedule.
Maintain 5S/housekeeping standards and follow GMP/GDP practices.
Record all activities in the job tracking system and support continuous improvement.
