Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years CNC Machining experience.
• Associate's degree/certificate in Tooling & Machining or Machinist apprenticeship preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set-up CNC machines within tolerances following work instructions and drawings.
• Perform difficult CNC machining with close tolerances on various parts and metals.
• Change dull tooling and adjust offsets as needed for tooling wear.
• Ensure product quality by following OOQ standards and using measuring equipment.
• Maintain equipment and records; follow PM schedule and GMP/GDP practices.
• Follow safety practices and report Safety, Health & Environmental issues.
• Maintain 5S/housekeeping standards in the work area.
• Record activities in the job tracking system.
