Job summary

TECOMET is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist II for 2nd or 3rd shift to produce machined parts to close tolerances. You will operate and set up CNC machines, follow engineering drawings, and maintain quality and safety standards in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of CNC experience, a GED or high school diploma, and may hold an associate degree or Machinist apprenticeship. Join our continuous improvement culture and safety-driven team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years CNC Machining experience.
• High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• Associate's degree/certificate in Tooling & Machining or Machinist apprenticeship preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and Set-up CNC machines within specified tolerances following work instructions and engineering drawings.
• Perform difficult CNC Machinist work including progressive machining of a variety of parts and metals with very close tolerances.
• Change dull tooling and/or make minor offsets and adjustments for tooling wear.
