Morris Group, Inc. is seeking Field Service Technicians to service advanced industrial equipment, including CNC machines. No CNC experience is required; we train suitable technicians from related fields and support travel to customer sites within about two hours of home.

You will diagnose electrical and mechanical issues, perform repairs, and document findings for customers. Training programs and career growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• No CNC experience required, training provided.
• Open to candidates from HVAC, electrical, diesel, or field service backgrounds.
• Strong troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical systems essential.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and repair industrial equipment including CNC machines at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems, motors, drives, encoders, and control systems.
• Perform mechanical work including alignments, assemblies, and repairs.
• Use tools like multimeters and diagnostic equipment to identify issues.
• Provide customer support and operator guidance, write clear service reports.
