Job summary

Morris Group, Inc. is seeking a CNC Field Service Technician to support our Haas Factory Outlet Trident team in Springfield, MA. You will travel to customer sites to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain CNC machine tools and controls.

You will use manuals and resources to diagnose issues, document status, and provide after-sales technical support and training. The role requires reading schematics, serving customers, and staying current with product lines represented by the company.

Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical/electrical repair of industrial machinery; Haas repair background a plus.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain CNC machine tool equipment and controls.
• Research machine issues using manuals, technical documents, and vendor resources.
• Ensure accurate documentation of status, repairs, and installation for office and customer.
• Promote and perform preventative maintenance and after-sales technical support and training.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of machine tool product lines represented by the company.
