Job summary

Haas Factory Outlet Trident is seeking a dedicated CNC Field Service Technician to travel within the Massachusetts territory and surrounding New England region. You will install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain Haas machine tools, while providing expert after-sales technical support and training to customers.

The role requires hands-on mechanical/electrical repair experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to read schematics.

Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical/electrical repair of industrial machinery and CNC tooling.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and schematics.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain machine tool equipment and controls.
• Research machine issues using manuals and vendor resources.
• Document status of issues, repairs and installations with accuracy.
• Promote and perform preventative maintenance and provide after-sales technical support and training.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of machine tool industry and product lines represented.
