Job summary

Haas Factory Outlet Trident is seeking a team oriented CNC Field Service Technician for our Massachusetts territory. This role requires extensive electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics knowledge to resolve issues with machine tool equipment and controls.

Responsibilities include traveling to customer sites, installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining equipment; researching issues with manuals and vendor resources; documenting status with offices and customers; and performing

Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical/electrical repair of industrial machinery or components.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and schematics.
• Excellent customer service, technical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Flexible hours with frequent travel across the New England regional territory.
• Intermediate to sophisticated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain all machine tool equipment and controls for customer organizations.
• Use machine tool manuals, technical documents, internal and vendor resources to research machine issues.
• Ensure accurate documentation is completed and submitted to the office and customer regarding the status of machine issues, repairs, and installation.
• Promote and perform preventative maintenance on customer machine tool equipment and conduct after-sales technical support and training.
• Possess and maintain an in-depth knowledge of machine tool industry and product lines represented by the company.
• Perform related duties as required.
