Job summary

Haas Factory Outlet Trident is seeking a CNC Field Service Technician to support customer sites in Massachusetts and throughout New England. The role involves installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining CNC machine tools, with emphasis on electrical and mechanical systems and strong problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and willing to learn complex tasks with on‑the‑job training.
• Experience repairing diesel engines, generators, industrial machinery, HVAC, EDM/Laser/Waterjet/CNC tools; Haas repair background a plus.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and schematics.
• Excellent customer service, technical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Must meet physical requirements of the job.
• Flexible hours and frequent travel across New England.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain machine tool equipment and controls for customer organizations.
• Research machine issues using manuals, technical documents and vendor resources.
• Document status of machine issues, repairs and installations with accuracy for office and customer.
• Provide preventative maintenance and after‑sales technical support and training.
• Maintain in‑depth knowledge of machine tool industry and product lines represented by the company.
