Job summary

Qualifications

• Maintenance and repair of CNC machinery and industrial equipment.
• Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and control systems.
• Experience with field service including on-site installations and service visits.
• Strong customer service, communication, and professionalism.
• Hands-on maintenance in manufacturing or machine tool environments.
• Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and manuals; basic computer literacy for service reports.
• Relevant technical education (e.g., associate degree or trade school).
• Willingness to travel to customer sites and lift/move heavy equipment.
• Commitment to safety protocols and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair CNC and other machine tools at customer locations.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system issues.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance and document service activities.
• Provide field service support and collaborate with engineering and sales teams.
• Assist with machine demonstrations, training, and test cuts for customers.
• Respond to customer service requests and ensure timely issue resolution.
