Professional Recruiting Consultants, Inc. is partnering with a CNC machine tool builder to hire a CNC Field Service Engineer. The role involves installation, troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of CNC tools at customer sites nationwide.

Travel is extensive (100%), with preference for candidates near airports in IL/TN/KY/AL/OH and East of the Mississippi. The ideal candidate has strong electrical and mechanical expertise, advanced diagnostic skills, and a customer-first mindset.

Qualificações

• Requires 5+ years in CNC machine tool maintenance and service.
• Experience providing remote technical support in the machine tool industry.
• Proven ability to install and service machining centers with leveling and alignment.
• Strong knowledge of PLC programming and troubleshooting.
• FANUC CNC control experience highly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and customer focus.

Responsabilidades

• Install CNC machine tool systems at customer sites.
• Perform leveling, geometry checks, and final adjustments.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic issues.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support.
• Train customers and assist with project coordination.
• Travel extensively (100%) for on-site service.
• Maintain service documentation and reporting.
• Support trade shows and company events when required.
• Perform other duties as needed.
