Job summary

Gosiger Milwaukee is seeking a field service technician to troubleshoot, install, service and repair CNC machine tools at customer sites and our Brookfield facility. You will contribute to high quality workmanship, timely service, and safety adherence while working in a team environment.

You will document actions, communicate progress, and develop skills through training and external resources. Travel to customer sites is required, with some evenings/weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or CNC maintenance cert required or equivalent.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities essential.
• Ability to read schematics, troubleshooting guides and service software.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on CNC machine tools at customer sites and Gosiger facilities.
• Install and commission machine tools with high quality and efficiency.
• Document actions and findings using service software; report within 24 hours.
• Train customers and internal staff on installation and repair procedures.
• Coordinate with teammates and external vendors to resolve issues and improve processes.
