Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or CNC certification required.
• Minimum 2 years in troubleshooting, installation, and repair of machine tools.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate company or personal vehicle.
• Strong interpersonal communication and professional conduct.
• Ability to work flexible hours and travel as required.
• Ability to obtain a Passport.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot CNC machine tools and perform problem solving.
• Install, repair, and perform preventive maintenance as required.
• Document actions and report parts and repairs, same-day preferred.
• Train customers and team members on procedures for current and new equipment.
• Communicate arrival, progress updates and job completion to customers.
• Seek process improvements and participate in safety practices.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of company property.
