Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or certification in CNC troubleshooting/repair/installation.
• Minimum 2 years experience in troubleshooting, installation, and repair of Machine Tools.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate service vehicle.
• Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills.
• Ability to work as a team and organize effectively.
• Willingness to travel for training and customer visits.
• Ability to obtain a passport for international travel.
• Ability to obtain a major credit card for business expenses.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot CNC machine tools and perform repairs at customer sites.
• Install machine tools and tooling with high quality and timeliness.
• Perform preventative maintenance and service on equipment.
• Document actions in service software; report parts and repairs the same day.
• Communicate status to customers and coordinate with teams.
• Suggest process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and care of company property.
• Travel as needed; support other departments during demand.
