Job summary

Gosiger in Solon, OH is seeking a Service Technician to troubleshoot, install, repair and maintain CNC machine tools at customer sites and in our facilities.

You will document actions in service software, train customers and colleagues, and collaborate with internal teams to improve processes while adhering to safety standards. Travel is required, including weekends and evenings as needed.

Associates degree or CNC certification and at least two years' experience are required.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or CNC machine tool certification.
• Minimum 2 years of troubleshooting, installation, and repair of machine tools.
• Valid driver's license with clean record and ability to travel for business.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and solve CNC machine tool issues at customer sites and in-house.
• Install, repair, and perform preventative maintenance with high quality and timeliness.
• Document actions, findings, parts, and repairs in service software; report same day (within 24 hours).
• Coordinate with team members and vendors to resolve installation/service problems.
