Job summary

Gosiger is seeking a field service technician to troubleshoot, install, repair, and maintain CNC machine tools at customer sites and in the shop. You will document findings, communicate progress, and work with a team to ensure customer satisfaction.

The role requires an associate degree or cert in CNC troubleshooting/installation, 2 years of machine tool experience, a valid license, and willingness to travel including out of state. Strong communication, planning, and PC skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or certification in troubleshooting, repair, and installation of CNC Machine Tool products.
• Minimum 2 years experience in troubleshooting, installation, and repair of Machine Tools.
• A valid Driver's License and ability to operate service vehicle.
• Good interpersonal communication skills and professional conduct.
• Willing to travel and obtain a passport.
• Ability to use PC and related software for documentation.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and solve CNC machine tool issues.
• Install and repair machine tools and tooling.
• Perform preventative maintenance and servicing at customer sites.
• Document actions and findings with service software; report promptly.
• Coordinate with customers and vendors to resolve installation/service issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety; support process improvements.
