Job summary

Gosiger Holdings Inc. is seeking a field service technician to troubleshoot, install, service, and repair CNC machine tools at customer sites and company facilities.

You will work within a team, ensuring high-quality, timely work and safety compliance. The role requires 2+ years of hands-on CNC experience, an associates degree or certification, and ability to travel including to international locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or certification in the troubleshooting, repair, and installation of CNC Machine Tool Products.
• Minimum 2 years experience in troubleshooting, installation, and repair of Machine Tools Products.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate a service vehicle.
• Good interpersonal communication and professional conduct when dealing with customers and peers.
• Willing to travel, including to out-of-state or international customers, and obtain a passport.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and solve problems with CNC machine tools at customer sites and in-house.
• Perform high-quality installation, service, and preventative maintenance as assigned.
• Document actions and required parts using service software; report same-day or within 24 hours.
• Train customers and internal staff on installation and repair procedures.
• Maintain safety standards and cleanliness of company property.
