Job summary

Gosiger is seeking a field service technician in Torrance, CA to troubleshoot, install, repair, and maintain CNC machine tools at customer sites and in our facility.

You will document actions in service software, train customers and team members, and uphold safety standards while traveling as needed. This role requires strong communication, teamwork, and physical capability to handle tools and equipment.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or CNC machine tool certification.
• Minimum 2 years experience in troubleshooting, installation, and repair of machine tools.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate company/service vehicle.
• Good interpersonal communication and professionalism.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally; passport required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot CNC machine tools at customer sites and in the shop.
• Perform machine/tooling installation, repair, and preventive maintenance.
• Ensure quality and safety standards in all work performed.
• Train customers and internal team members on installation and service procedures.
• Document actions in service software and report parts and repairs.
• Consult with team members and vendors to resolve issues related to installation and service/repair.
• Suggest process improvements and maintain cleanliness and care of company property.
• Travel as required to support training and customer needs.
