Job summary

Gosiger Holdings Inc is seeking a field service technician to troubleshoot, service, repair and install CNC machine tools at customer sites and at the company facility. The incumbent performs all duties to a high quality, efficient and timely standard and works as a team member, making recommendations to improve processes for customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Associates Degree or certification in troubleshooting, repair, and installation of CNC Machine Tool Products.
Minimum 2 years experience in troubleshooting, installation, and repair of Machine Tools Products.
A valid Driver's License with good driving record and ability to operate company or personal service vehicle.
Good interpersonal communication and professional conduct with customers, peers, and vendors.
Demonstrated self-starter with strong planning and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a team and across departments; PC/software proficiency required.

Responsibilities

Troubleshooting and problem solving of CNC machine tools.
High quality, efficient installation of machines/tools as assigned.
Repair and preventive maintenance on machine tools and tooling.
Safety standards adherence and documentation of actions in service software (same day to 24 hours).
Train customers and internal staff on installation, service, and repair procedures.
