Calqulate is seeking a CNC Field Service Engineer to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain CNC machines at customer facilities across the region. The role emphasizes strong electrical and mechanical expertise, advanced diagnostics, and a customer-first mindset.

The candidate will travel extensively (100%), provide on-site and remote support, and train customers as needed. Bachelor's in engineering and 5+ years in CNC service are required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of CNC machine tool maintenance and service (electrical and mechanical).
• 5+ years providing remote technical support within the machine tool industry.
• Experience installing/servicing machining centers including leveling and alignment.
• Strong knowledge of PLC programming and FANUC controls.

Responsabilidades

• Install CNC machine tool systems at customer sites, including options and accessories.
• Perform machine leveling and geometry checks for peak performance.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic issues.
• Identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support via various channels.
