Calqulate Metrics Ltd. seeks an experienced CNC Field Service Engineer to install, commission, troubleshoot, and maintain advanced CNC machines across rail, aerospace, and automotive sectors. You will lead complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and PLC systems, train technicians, and support customers worldwide.

The role requires extensive travel (80–90%), including weekends, and a strong background in CNC/PLC systems with the ability to diagnose, repair, and optimize performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in CNC field service or industrial maintenance.
• Experience reading electrical/hydraulic/mechanical schematics and PLCs.
• Willingness to travel 80–90% domestically and internationally.
• Ability to train and mentor technicians.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, troubleshoot, repair and maintain CNC machines at customer sites.
• Perform startup, testing, and validation of machines.
• Read schematics and troubleshoot PLCs, drives, and motors.
• Mentor Service Technicians and provide on-site training.
