Aspire Talent Solutions is seeking a CNC Field Service Engineer to install, troubleshoot, and maintain CNC machine tools at customer facilities nationwide. The role emphasizes strong electrical/mechanical skills, remote support, and customer-first service.

Reporting to the CNC Field Service Manager, the position requires extensive travel (100% on weekdays) and the ability to work independently in the field while delivering exceptional service and technical guidance to customers and distributors.

Formación

• 5+ years of CNC machine tool maintenance and service experience (electrical and mechanical).
• 5+ years of remote technical support in the machine tool industry.

Responsabilidades

• Install CNC machine tool systems at customer sites, including options and accessories.
• Perform machine leveling, geometry checks, and final adjustments for peak performance.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and application issues.
• Identify root causes and recommend repair or replacement solutions.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support via phone, email, and other channels.
• Support customers, distributors, and internal teams with technical guidance and problem resolution.
• Provide customer training and assist with project coordination as needed.
• Support service at trade shows and company events when required.
• Maintain detailed service documentation and reporting.
• Travel extensively (100%) including overnights and weekend travel.
• Perform other duties as needed
