Job summary

CADREX Manufacturing Solutions is seeking a CNC Department Lead to inspire and guide the CNC team toward exceptional quality and productivity. You will focus on daily operations, mentor operators, and work with engineers to resolve production issues on the shop floor.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in manufacturing, strong leadership, CAD/CAM and blueprint skills, and a commitment to safety and continuous improvement. Onsite work with competitive benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to supervise and mentor CNC operators and setup personnel.
• Proficiency with CAD/CAM software and blueprints.
• Strong problem-solving and process improvement skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead CNC department and drive goals for quality, productivity, and cost.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure best practices are followed.
• On-the-floor training for new employees and coaching existing staff.
• Collaborate with engineers and production to resolve fabrication issues.
• Ensure adherence to schedules and customer service requirements.
