CFX Products is seeking a Machining Supervisor to lead daily CNC manufacturing for cabinetry, millwork, and solid surface components. You will direct operations, prioritize tasks, and ensure on-time delivery while coaching a skilled team and maintaining safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating with Machining Leads, monitoring KPIs, and driving continuous improvement through Lean methods.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Direct and oversee daily machining operations, prioritizing production and meeting schedules and customer delivery requirements.
• Supervise, coach, and develop machining team members; conduct performance evaluations and address issues per company policies.
• Promote safety culture, enforce PPE, machine guarding, LOTO, and standard operating procedures.
• Monitor quality, machine setups, and production accuracy; investigate defects and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with maintenance for preventive maintenance and equipment readiness.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure material availability and resolve production challenges.
