Qualifikationen

• Proven experience and fluency in G-code programming and CNC operations.
• Deep knowledge of CNC machining processes and equipment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing best practices and process improvement.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and modern digital tools.
• Energetic, detail-oriented, and eager to learn new machines and technologies.

Aufgaben

• Develop and optimize CNC programs using G-code and various CNC control formats.
• Provide hands-on expertise with CNC turning equipment, including lathes with live tooling, Swiss-type lathes, and CNC chuckers.
• Review customer drawings and create accurate cycle time estimates for proposed processes.
• Apply CAD/CAM engineering experience to support design, programming, and process planning.
• Select and optimize cutting tools to maximize efficiency and tool life.
• Oversee and coordinate equipment maintenance and repairs to minimize downtime.
• Monitor production output and quality metrics, implementing actionable improvements as needed.
• Evaluate new and used machinery for future programs and growth.
• Maintain thorough documentation and communication with cross-functional teams.
