Job summary

Decavo is seeking a CNC Machining Manager to lead the machining department, oversee personnel, production schedules, equipment, tooling, quality, and priorities. The role combines leadership with hands-on CNC programming and technical support to ensure manufacturability and on-time delivery.

You will collaborate with Engineering and Quality, develop and review CNC programs for tooling operations, and champion continuous improvement, lean practices, and cost-effective solutions.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of CNC programming and machining experience.
• Proficiency with CAD/CAM software and interpreting drawings.
• Experience leading or supervising manufacturing teams.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Direct and assign work to machining employees.
• Develop and review CNC programs for tooling operations.
• Create and maintain production schedules.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and tooling.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Quality to improve manufacturability and throughput.
