Responsabilités

• Oversee all operations within the CNC machining division.
• Ensure scheduled production tasks are maintained.
• Conduct employee evaluations and support performance development.
• Verify and ensure team members manage all assigned tasks within schedule.
• Maintain and update the department's production schedule when required.
• Develop and manage burn maps for projects moving to EDM from CNC.
• Coordinate with purchasing to fulfill tooling and equipment needs.
• Schedule and prioritize workloads for the CNC team based on project timelines.
• Lead bi-weekly department meetings to communicate expectations, progress, and goals.
• Conduct employee evaluations, support performance development, and manage disciplinary actions when required.
• Promote a team-oriented, accountable culture focused on collaboration and shared results.
• Submit accurate weekly hour reports to Payroll.
• Participate in Job Review and Leadership meetings.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Ensure full compliance with OSHA, crane operation, and forklift safety standards.
