Job summary

Pathfinder Manufacturing in Everett, WA seeks a CNC Department Lead to drive day-to-day leadership and ensure 98% On-Time Delivery while coordinating with planning, quality, and maintenance. You will manage priorities, mentor CNC staff, and develop recovery plans for at-risk jobs.

Promote safety, continuous improvement, and first-pass quality across all machining operations; lead by example and develop a skilled, accountable team to meet customer commitments.

Qualifications

• CNC machining/manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Ability to train and develop employees.
• Ability to supervise and coordinate a team in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily CNC production priorities and ensure work is progressing on schedule.
• Maintain 98% On-Time Delivery focus and provide accurate ECDs.
• Lead daily CNC production activities and establish priorities.
• Train and mentor CNC employees on equipment and procedures.
• Ensure safety and quality requirements are followed.
• Coordinate with Planning, Quality, and Maintenance for issues and improvements.
