Job summary

Revel Staffing in Saint Peters, MO seeks an experienced Machining Supervisor to lead CNC machining operations and provide both technical and people leadership. You will oversee machinists and coordinate with Quality, Programming, Engineering, and outside vendors to ensure on-time, quality parts.

The role requires deep CNC knowledge, strong GD&T capability, and a track record of coaching and developing employees.

Qualifications

Approximately 10 years of CNC machining experience.
5–10 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
Experience in a larger machining or manufacturing operation.
Strong blueprint and GD&T knowledge.
Strong CNC machining and troubleshooting knowledge.
Proven ability to coach and develop employees.
Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day CNC machining department operations.
Provide technical guidance related to machining, tooling, prints, and GD&T.
Work collaboratively with Quality, Programming, Engineering, machinists, and vendors.
Troubleshoot machining, tooling, process, and production problems.
Coach, train, and develop machining employees.
Cross-train employees to improve department flexibility.
Drive improvements in productivity, quality, and overall department performance.
Establish expectations and maintain accountability.
Support continuous improvement throughout machining operations.
