Job summary

APP, Inc. is seeking a CNC Machine Shop Lead to oversee shop operations and ensure on-time delivery. You will supervise personnel, approve programs, and maintain quality across aerospace forgings and components.

The role requires extensive CNC and conventional setup knowledge, strong blueprint skills, and ERP proficiency. You will train staff, coordinate workloads, and drive continuous improvement in production processes.

Qualifications

• Extensive CNC setup and operation experience.
• Strong blueprint interpretation and geometric tolerance reading.
• Proficient with ERP systems and Microsoft Office suites.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise CNC workshop operations to meet OTD goals.
• Inspect parts and remove defects per travelers and specs.
• Maintain safe, organized, lean work environment and attendance.
• Approve CNC programs and maintain program files for machines.
• Coordinate task assignments based on workload and schedule.
