Job summary

Assists residents with loading and unloading from facility approved vehicles. Ensures the safe transportation of residents to scheduled medical appointments and activities, and maintains the interior and exterior of facility vehicles to promote safe and comfortable transport for the residents and project a positive image in the community.

Must be flexible with work time, able to lift up to 75 pounds, pass a drug screen and background check, and hold a High School Diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CNA training and CE to maintain certification.
• Pass a drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with loading and unloading from vehicles.
• Ensure safe transportation to medical appointments and activities.
• Maintain the interior and exterior of facility vehicles.
• Monitor vehicle maintenance logs and arrange service as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
