Job summary

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• Must have valid driver's license and be familiar with GPS/local driving area.
• No major traffic offenses in last 7 years and ability to pass drug screen/background check.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and assist residents with transfers.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents loading/unloading from facility-approved vehicles.
• Transport residents to medical appointments and activities.
• Maintain and monitor vehicle cleanliness and maintenance logs.
• Demonstrate safe transfer techniques for ingress/egress of patients in vans.
• Be flexible with work time to accommodate late appointments or activities.
