Job summary

HighlandHills is seeking a caregiver/driver to assist residents with loading and unloading from facility vehicles, and to transport them to scheduled medical appointments and activities. You will help maintain vehicle safety and cleanliness and monitor maintenance logs to ensure reliable service.

The role requires CNA training, a valid driver's license, and familiarity with GPS and local driving areas. Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform transfers in confined spaces is essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid driver’s license and be familiar with GPS and local driving area.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office products for reporting and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with loading and unloading from facility vehicles.
• Transport residents to medical appointments and other activities.
• Maintain interior and exterior of facility vehicles for safety and appearance.
• Monitor vehicle maintenance logs and coordinate routine maintenance.
• Operate safely and demonstrate proper transfer techniques for residents.
