Job summary

PACS Group is seeking a Transportation Aide to help residents board and alight from facility-approved vehicles and to accompany them to medical appointments and activities. The role includes keeping vehicles in good condition and maintaining accurate maintenance logs while upholding a professional community image.

The candidate must have CNA training, a valid driver's license, and the ability to perform lifts and transfers while ensuring safety. Aged 25+ with clean driving history is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum age 25 years old.
• Valid driver's license.
• Familiar with GPS and local driving area.
• No Traffic Crimes in the last 7 years; no DUI/DWS or related offenses.
• CNA training completed and CE maintenance to maintain certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with loading and unloading from facility-approved vehicles.
• Ensure safe transportation of residents to scheduled medical appointments or activities.
• Maintain interior and exterior of facility vehicles for safe transport and positive community image.
• Monitor vehicle maintenance logs and coordinate routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, etc.
• All other duties as assigned.
