Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to pursue RBT certification within first months.
• Experience with children and strong communication skills.
• Ability to follow clinical guidance and maintain professionalism.
• Training toward ABA and BCBA career path.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with children under BCBA supervision to implement ABA therapy.
• Follow treatment plans to improve communication and daily living skills.
• Record session data accurately and provide feedback to supervisors.
• Build strong relationships with clients and families.
• Participate in team meetings and complete required training.
