United Care ABA in New York is seeking Behavior Technicians who want to grow from a CNA background into Applied Behavior Analysis. You’ll work with children under BCBA supervision, with training to obtain RBT certification and ongoing mentorship.

Qualifications

• Willingness to pursue RBT certification within your first few months.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Long-term interest in growing within the field of ABA, including pursuing RBT/BCBA.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with children under the supervision of a BCBA to implement ABA therapy.
• Follow treatment plans and interventions to improve communication, behavior, and daily living skills.
• Accurately record session data and provide feedback to supervisors.
• Build strong, consistent relationships with clients and families.
• Maintain professionalism and compassion in all interactions.
• Participate in team meetings and complete required training.
