United Care ABA in Bronx, NY is recruiting Behavior Technicians (BT) with CNA backgrounds to transition into Applied Behavior Analysis. This role offers in-home and center-based work options, with structured mentorship toward RBT certification and BCBA advancement.

You will join a supportive team focused on child development, consistent supervision by BCBAs, and a clear growth path from BT to certified roles while balancing CNA shifts if desired.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to pursue RBT certification within first few months of employment.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Dependability, attention to detail, and ability to follow clinical guidance.
• Long-term interest in ABA career path including RBT/BCBA ambitions.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with children under BCBA supervision to implement ABA therapy.
• Follow treatment plans and interventions to improve communication, behavior, and daily living skills.
• Accurately record session data and provide feedback to supervisors.
• Build strong, consistent relationships with clients and families.
• Maintain professionalism and compassion in all interactions.
• Participate in team meetings and complete required training.
