Job summary

United Care ABA is hiring Behavior Technicians to help deliver Applied Behavior Analysis therapy to children. This role offers a path from BT to RBT with strong supervision and mentorship, plus opportunities for growth and a supportive team culture.

Ideal candidates may come from CNA backgrounds and are willing to pursue RBT certification within a few months. We offer flexible scheduling, including in-home and center-based work, and paid time off for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Dependability, attention to detail, and the ability to follow clinical guidance.
• Willingness to pursue RBT certification within your first few months of employment (required).
• Long-term interest in growing within ABA, including pursuing advanced roles such as RBT and BCBA.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with children under the supervision of a BCBA to implement individualized ABA therapy.
• Follow treatment plans and interventions designed to improve communication, behavior, and daily living skills.
• Accurately record session data and provide feedback to supervisors.
• Build strong, consistent relationships with clients and families.
• Maintain professionalism and compassion in all interactions.
• Participate in team meetings and complete required training.
