United Care ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to help CNAs transition into ABA therapy. You will work with children under supervision to implement ABA, with training to pursue RBT certification and opportunities for growth.

Flexible full-/part-time options include in-home and center-based positions, with supportive supervision and a collaborative team culture. You will gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and a clear path toward RBT and BCBA roles, while contributing to meaningful outcomes

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to pursue RBT certification within the first months of employment.
• Passion for working with children and making a lasting difference.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Dependability, attention to detail, and ability to follow clinical guidance.
• Long-term interest in growing within ABA, including pursuing advanced roles like RBT/BCBA.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with children under BCBA supervision to implement individualized ABA therapy.
• Follow treatment plans and interventions to improve communication, behavior, and daily living skills.
• Accurately record session data and provide feedback to supervisors.
• Build strong, consistent relationships with clients and families.
• Maintain professionalism and compassion in all interactions.
• Participate in team meetings and complete required training.
