United Care ABA in New York is hiring Behavior Technicians to support children under BCBA supervision, with transition from CNA background. We offer hands-on training toward RBT, supervision, and growth from BT to RBT and beyond.

Qualifications

• Willingness to pursue RBT certification within first few months of employment (required).
• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in psychology, education, or related fields is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Dependability, attention to detail, and the ability to follow clinical guidance.
• Long-term interest in growing within the field of ABA, including pursuing advanced roles such as RBT and BCBA.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with children under the supervision of a BCBA to implement individualized ABA therapy.
• Follow treatment plans and interventions designed to improve communication, behavior, and daily living skills.
• Accurately record session data and provide feedback to supervisors.
• Build strong, consistent relationships with clients and families.
• Maintain professionalism and compassion in all interactions.
• Participate in team meetings and complete required training.
