United Care ABA is seeking a Behavior Technician to transition CNAs into ABA therapy, with in-home and center-based options and flexible scheduling. You'll work under BCBA supervision to deliver evidence-based ABA services and pursue RBT certification.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to pursue RBT certification within first months.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with children under BCBA supervision to implement ABA therapy.
• Follow treatment plans and interventions to improve communication, behavior, and daily living skills.
• Accurately record session data and provide feedback to supervisors.
• Engage with families and participate in team meetings and required training.
