United Care ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to transition CNAs into ABA therapy, with opportunities to work in-home or at center locations. We offer hands-on training, supervision from BCBAs, and a clear growth path from BT to RBT.

Flexible scheduling suits CNAs seeking a second job or a full career change into ABA. We provide mentorship, supportive teams, and professional development while paying $20–$23 per hour with eligibility for benefits after becoming full-time.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to pursue RBT certification within first few months of employment.
• Experience with children and healthcare or caregiving is a plus.
• Strong communication and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Ability to follow clinical guidance and maintain client confidentiality.

Responsabilités

• Work with children under BCBA supervision to implement individualized ABA therapy.
• Follow treatment plans to improve communication, behavior, and daily living skills.
• Accurately record session data and provide feedback to supervisors.
• Build strong, consistent relationships with clients and families.
• Maintain professionalism and compassion in all interactions.
• Participate in team meetings and complete required training.
