United Care ABA in New York is seeking passionate Behavior Technicians (BT) to transition from CNA roles into ABA. You will work with children under BCBA supervision, implement ABA therapy, and pursue RBT certification with guided support.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work directly with children under BCBA supervision to implement ABA therapy.
• Follow treatment plans to improve communication, behavior, and daily living skills.
• Accurately record session data and provide feedback to supervisors.
• Build strong relationships with clients and families.
• Maintain professionalism and compassion in all interactions.
• Participate in team meetings and complete required training.
