Job summary

PACS is seeking a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care and services per care plans. You will identify residents, document accurately, and report changes to the nursing leadership to ensure quality care and safety.

Qualifications

• Must possess, as a minimum, a 10th grade education.
• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with laws of the state.
• CPR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services according to resident care plans.
• Identify residents before administering treatments or meals using wristband or photo ID.
• Report changes in condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
• Maintain accurate and descriptive charting of entries and flow sheets.
