Job summary

PACS is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care to residents in accordance with individual care plans. You will identify residents, document care, and report changes to the nursing leadership to ensure safe, quality care.

You will maintain clean, organized patient rooms, assist with daily activities, and uphold strict privacy and safety standards in a calm, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Certified Nursing Assistant license in accordance with state laws.
• CPR certification preferred.
• 10th grade education minimum mentioned in the job specifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services per resident care plans.
• Identify residents before treatments and meals using wristbands or photo IDs.
• Report changes in residents' condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
• Maintain accurate flow sheets, notes, and charts with clear, descriptive entries.
• Ensure confidentiality of resident information and report any suspected violations.

Education

Certified Nursing Assistant license

CPR certification preferred
