Job summary

PACS is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans. You will identify residents, assist with daily living activities, and ensure a warm, safe environment.

The position requires a valid CNA license, high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to follow policies, protect patient confidentiality, and communicate effectively with residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Must possess a minimum of a 10th grade education.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business documents.
• Ability to write reports and procedures.
• Ability to present information to managers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents before treatments using wristband or photo card.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information.
• Assist with daily living activities and meals.
• Follow policies and procedures and cooperate with staff.
