Job summary

PACS Group is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care and services to residents in accordance with each resident’s assessment and care plan. You will identify residents, follow care procedures, and report changes to supervisory staff in a supportive, compliant environment.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, documenting care, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a safe, respectful atmosphere for residents.

Qualifications

• Must possess, as a minimum, a 10th grade education.
• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with laws of the state.
• CPR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services per care plan.
• Identify residents before administering treatments using wristband/photo card.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
