Job summary

PACS is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans. You will identify residents, assist with meals and daily functions, document observations, and report changes to the Nurse Supervisor.

Maintain privacy and safety standards while supporting a calm, caring environment. Responsibilities include following policies, assisting with transfers, and coordinating with the nursing team to ensure quality care and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Certified Nursing Assistant license.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business documents; ability to write reports and communicate with staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care per resident plans.
• Identify residents and document observations accurately.
• Assist with meals, hygiene, and mobility as trained.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and order in the resident area.
• Report changes in residents’ conditions to supervisors promptly.
• Protect residents’ privacy and confidential information.
