Job summary

Piedmont Post Acute is an 88-bed skilled nursing facility in Piedmont, SC, offering full-time CNA positions with competitive pay and a supportive team environment. Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Active CNA certification in South Carolina is required.
• CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Support resident mobility, transfers, and repositioning.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment.
• Follow care plans and work closely with the nursing team.
• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care.

Position Summary

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will provide hands‑on care and support to residents, helping ensure their comfort, safety, and dignity while following individualized care plans.
